Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made to order once you place it, not pulled from a shelf. Because of that, we can't accept exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size chart on each product page before you order.

If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right. Email contact@sakusupply.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
